Fairmont St Andrews pick up ‘Best Large Hotel’ at the Scottish Golf Tourism Awards
The cream of Scottish golf tourism assembled in St Andrews on Friday night for the 2014 Scottish Golf Tourism Awards. These awards recognised the courses, clubs and individuals that have excelled in delivering quality, service and value for money to visiting golfers in Scotland throughout 2014.
Sponsored by VisitScotland and in association with the PGA, SGU, Golf Tourism Scotland and Bunkered Magazine, the awards had been voted for by the Scottish golfing public, widely recognised as the most knowledgeable golfers in the world.
Fairmont St Andrews were awarded “Best Large Hotel with more than 21 rooms” and were delighted to have achieved such a prestigious award which included other notable hotels such as Gleneagles and The Old Course Hotel.
