Achray Farm Baking – Achray Farm is a smallholding in in the heart of the Trossachs producing award winning home baking. They bake through the night for each farmers’ market to bring you the freshest bread, scones, puddings and cakes.
Anster Farmhouse Cheese – ‘Anster’ cheese is hand-made on the farm near St Andrews– to a traditional recipe – by Jane Stewart, using unpasteurised milk from her husband Robert’s herd of home-bred Holstein Friesian cows.
Arbroath Smokies – produced by Arbroath-based Iain R Spink have been named as one of the Top 50 Foods within the UK.
Arran’s Cheese Shop – Award winning cheeses including Arran Blue, Arran Camembert, Arran Mist and Crowdie (an old Scottish recipe cream cheese).
Balhelvie Farm – Quality Meat from naturally fed cattle grazing the summer on the hills of North Fife.
Bellfield Organic Nursery – a family business based in Abernethy, South of Perth. They bring all of their plants on from seed, to the field and then to your door, ensuring fresh, healthy and tasty produce.
Brewsters Eggs – delicious, farm fresh, free range eggs. How do you like your eggs in the morning?
Butter Wynd Pottery – useful pots for the home and garden made from local clay (Easter Kincaple, St. Andrews). Marrying traditional country pottery with contemporary issues such as sustainability.
Caurnie Soap Co. – finest natural skin care products from an award-winning Scottish soaperie.
East Pilmore Farm Vegetables – locally renowned freshly grown vegetables.
Gartmorn Farm Poultry – rearers of scottish free range Turkeys, Chickens, Ducks and Geese all of which roam the acres of grassland 24 hours a day.
Kirriemuir Briquette Company Ltd – suppliers of eco-friendly firewood briquettes. 100% renewable energy, environmentally friendly and emit less than half the legal stipulated emissions.
Knowehead Products- Alison Batchelor makes jams using techniques learnt from her mother, while husband Barry makes delicious chutney. Both are produced on a small, handmade scale.
Mara Seaweed – Delicious, umami rich Scottish and Irish seaweed, a natural flavour enhancer full of essential minerals.
Nicattos Espresso – a mobile espresso bar serving freshly ground coffee, ideal while you wander the market stalls!
Occassional Cake Company – Boutique-style cakes and bakes, lovingly created using only the finest ingredients, locally sourced from the Fife area wherever possible.
Ochil Fudge – Award Winning Handmade Scottish Tablet and Fudge made by a couple of rogue fudgetiers with a sense of humour!
Olives & Things – just as the name suggests, these guys sell a fantastic array of olives and antipasti.
Puddledub Buffalo Ltd – Scotland’s largest Buffalo Farm and Butchery.
Puddledub Pork – A small family business, located near the village of Auchtertool and recently awarded 3 Gold Stars for their produce.
Rainbow Organic Chocolate – artisan handcrafted chocolatier business which prides itself in using entirely organic ingredients which are sourced as locally as possible.
Seriously Good Venison – Delicious, free range, venison from the heart of Scotland.
St Andrews Brewing Company – Started brewing in February 2012, St Andrews Brewing Co. produces a core range of 7 beers, accentuated by seasonal offerings.
Supernature – grow, harvest and hand-bottle supernature cold pressed rapeseed oil at Carrington Barns Farm.
The Cocoa Tree – delicious chocolates, handmade in Pittenweem.
The Wee Pie Company – offering a delicious range of artisan wild game pies made from traditional cooking methods and using locally sourced produce
Trotters Independent Condiments – Unusual, delicious and seasonal condiments from Mojito Jelly to Wild Garlic Pesto and everything in between. Something for every dish and every one.
