St Andrew’s Day – Students Celebrate

On St Andrew’s Day, celebrations occur across Scotland to honour our nation’s patron saint. Having been named after St Andrew himself, this day holds particular importance in our beautiful, coastal town.

What better reason for the entire community to come together and celebrate all things that make this town such a special place to live?

‘Students Celebrate’ invites all St Andreans, locals, visitors and students alike, to join together for a day of festive, family fun at a fair on Madras Lawn.

At the fair, you will be able to sample delicious treats from local food vendors, sip mulled wine from the St Andrew’s Wine Company, and snap up some unique gifts for your loved ones at stalls run by some of the town’s renowned independent retailers.

Meanwhile, families can get in the season’s spirit by enjoying Christmas themed carnival-style booths; you might even get a chance to see Santa!

….the fair is FREE for everyone to attend, so please join us to celebrate both St Andrew and St Andrews with plenty of Christmas cheer!
