St Andrews is the perfect place to spend St Andrew’s Day! This year, a whole afternoon of open-air events will take place today along a 250-metre stretch of South Street, which will be closed to traffic for the day. The afternoon is a celebration not just of traditional Scotland, but also of modern, multicultural Scottish society. All events are FREE OF CHARGE.

1830 (or slightly earlier if ready) “Dancing Feet” ceilidh band on stage – dancers to be on street, spectators on pavements please! No dancing experience required, the band will guide you.
