What is a car club?
How St Andrews might benefit from a car club
A team of specialists, with long experience of car clubs, is investigating the feasibility of setting a car club up in St Andrews, working closely with the University and others. A car club, with its well-established use of modern systems, allows cars to be shared between drivers in an efficient and safe manner. We envisage that there would need to be a wide mix of different users: visitors on business or tourists, residents, local businesses, University staff and so on.
